Description About Job :
- Provide administrative support to member firm (MF) Global Mobility Advisors (GMA) across the mobility assignment lifecycle for all inbound and outbound assignments.
- Initiate, coordinate and track workflows between countries using Global Advantage (GA) technology to ensure delivery and execution of key mobility milestones and activities.
- Support global compliance and adherence to the global policies and guidelines by identifying and tracking variances from policies.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of information through the entry, maintenance and management of Assignee information in the global database on an ongoing basis.
- Document, track and report on key mobility performance metrics including policy compliance and the identification of continuous improvement opportunities, e.g., improvements to process or policy.
- Should take on additional responsibilities as and when required.
- Assist new hires on process, over a period of time.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be good at conveying the intended message(s) effectively.
- Should have good interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel like editing, sorting, formulae.
- Adherence to stipulated Turnaround time (TAT) and quality on all service offerings (Assignment Budgets, Assignment Packaged, Vendor Initiations etc.).
- Flexible to work in shifts as the team works with Member Firms in different time zones.
